TERMS OF USE

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to and use of IQBLACK’s websites, applications, and intelligence modules (including, without limitation, 3C‑INT, 2C‑INT and ThreatInsight) (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you (“User”) agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. SCOPE AND CHANGES

IQBLACK (“Company”) may update these Terms from time to time. The “last updated” date at the end of this document indicates the latest revision. Continued use of the Services after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

2. ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNTS

You must be legally able to enter into these Terms and must provide accurate registration information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. IQBLACK may suspend or terminate accounts to protect service integrity and users.

3. ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree not to misuse the Services. Prohibited conduct includes (a) illegal activity, (b) harassment, doxxing, stalking, or targeted intimidation, (c) unauthorized access attempts, credential stuffing, or exploitation of vulnerabilities, (d) distributing malware or facilitating harm, (e) circumventing access controls or rate limits, and (f) copying, scraping, or re‑publishing content beyond permitted use.

4. INTELLIGENCE OUTPUTS, INFERENCES, AND RELIANCE

The Services may include (i) summaries, analytic narratives and hypotheses (including “inference” content), (ii) diagrams and visualizations generated from user inputs and/or internal workflows, and (iii) OSINT references and structured mappings (e.g., MITRE ATT&CK® mappings when available). Outputs are provided for informational purposes and may be incomplete, outdated, or contain analytical uncertainty. You are solely responsible for how you use the information, including any operational, legal, or business decisions.

5. PRIVATE PROFILES AND CUSTOMER DATA

Some areas of the Services support private profiles and tenant‑scoped content. Access is restricted by role and licensing tier. IQBLACK treats private content as confidential and does not intentionally disclose it to third parties, except as required by law or as authorized by the customer. Customers remain responsible for what they upload or create and for ensuring they have rights to use such content.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

IQBLACK owns the Services and all related software, designs, templates, iconography, and non‑customer content. Except for rights expressly granted, no license is granted to you. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works of the Services.

7. EXPORTS AND BRANDING

Certain features may allow export of diagrams or documents. Unless explicitly enabled by configuration or contract, exports may include IQBLACK branding. Customer‑specific branding options, where available, are subject to plan and configuration rules. You may not remove trademarks or attribution where they are required.

8. THIRD‑PARTY LINKS AND CONTENT

The Services may link to third‑party resources. IQBLACK does not control those resources and is not responsible for their content, security, or privacy practices.

9. DISCLAIMER

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON‑INFRINGEMENT. IQBLACK DOES NOT WARRANT UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR‑FREE OPERATION, OR THAT OUTPUTS WILL BE ACCURATE OR COMPLETE.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IQBLACK SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES OR THEIR OUTPUTS.
