Unless otherwise specified by agreement, customers retain rights to their own inputs and private content. iQBlack retains rights to the platform, its visual systems, and its standard deliverable formats.

You may not use these marks in a way that causes confusion, implies endorsement, or discredits iQBlack. Other trademarks appearing in the Services are the property of their respective owners.

EXPORTS, DIAGRAMS AND ATTRIBUTION

Exports (such as diagrams, SVG/PNG, reports, or other artifacts) may include iQBlack branding and attribution unless customer branding is enabled by configuration or contract. You may not remove required attribution or trademark notices.
