Cyb3r Command0s, frequently signing operations as Team_CC, is a long-running web-defacement identity with recoverable artifacts extending from the early 2010s through 2026. Historical pages call it an international underground hacking team. Ars Technica described Cyb3R Command0S as site defacers claiming to be out of Bangladesh, while a Bangladesh-based security professional separately reported years of experience working with the group, strengthening the Bangladesh-root assessment.

The strongest demonstrated capability is unauthorized modification of public website content. Historical Team_CC artifacts show pages replaced with group branding and member aliases, while 2026 victim-side pages in Burkina Faso and India retain Team_CC signatures. The alias 0x0 / Zero X Zero appears in both older and current Team_CC material, creating a meaningful continuity signal while leaving alias reuse as a plausible alternative.

This differs materially from the older Bangladesh-root defacement footprint.
