Vulture

Vulture, also reported as Vulture Hacker Team, is a low-visibility group for which current collection recovered no attributable channel, member roster, incident, infrastructure, victimology or technical artifact. The name has extreme collision risk with malware families, security vendors, media brands, individual handles and non-cyber uses. The alias is therefore essential to entity resolution, but it is not yet sufficient to establish a durable operational cluster.
