0xHarmony
0xHarmony maintains a public Telegram channel, a web service and a documented API-oriented interface. The channel identifies “Yhujin” as owner/founder and states that Telegram is the group’s only official social-media presence. The service is presented as a searchable repository rather than a conventional leak blog.
A monitored post states that the platform indexed 1,819,924 records across 27 sources, with datasets described as covering Indonesian police, mobile brigade, government personnel, electoral records, population data, healthcare, education, private-sector accounts and organizations. These figures are actor-provided and were not independently validated in the available collection.
The primary security relevance is the concentration and normalization of personal and institutional data into a low-friction lookup service, including a keyless API. Even when underlying records originate from historic leaks or recycled datasets, aggregation materially reduces the effort required for identity targeting, social engineering, credential validation, doxxing and fraud.
Global analytical confidence is medium for the existence and operating model of the service, but low-to-medium for the provenance, freshness, completeness and exclusivity of the advertised records.
