Bangladesh Cyber Troops

Bangladesh Cyber Troops, also styled BCT or Team BCT, is a Bangladesh-branded collective with a mixed public identity spanning cybersecurity services, awareness, training and politically framed cyber messaging.

Its public surfaces advertise penetration testing, security auditing, threat analysis, forensics, awareness and dual-use tutorials. Those activities establish an educational and service-facing operating layer and should not be treated as evidence of malicious intrusion.

Separate actor-associated messaging frames action in solidarity with Muslims and against Indian government interests. This supports ideological and targeting interest, but the available public material does not validate a specific compromise, DDoS event, defacement or access method.

BCT should therefore be monitored as a dual-posture organization rather than forced into a purely criminal or purely defensive category. No ATT&CK technique is assigned without actor-specific technical evidence.
