Yemen Cyber Group is a publicly active hacktivist actor observed in 2026 conducting disruption-focused operations against Israeli organizations under the #OpIsrael banner. The actor uses Telegram for target announcements, service-down claims, ideological messaging and publication of public-location information related to Israeli military or defense-linked facilities.

Independent monitoring places Yemen Cyber Group among the more active pro-Palestinian DDoS actors targeting Israel in mid-2026. Technical reporting on September 2026 activity attributes observed disruptions to Layer-7 HTTP flood behavior against public websites in legal, nonprofit, technology and other sectors.

Yemen Cyber Group is analytically separate from the historically distinct Yemen Cyber Army/YCA. No continuity between the two identities is established in the current evidence.
