SnowSec

SnowSec is a defacement-oriented group label strongly associated with the operator/notifier ExoticX86. Public Brazilian cultural-platform pages retain unauthorized-looking content such as “Hacked by ExoticX86” and “SnowSec on Top”, while independent archives preserve SnowSec/ExoticX86 defacements against Thai government sites and other international targets.

A second Brazilian Mapa Cultural page contains co-branded text naming SnowSec/ExoticX86 together with LunarisSec/Cyb3r. This supports at least one episode of joint or parallel public signaling but does not establish that Cyb3r is a SnowSec member or that SnowSec and LunarisSec share infrastructure or command.

DefacerID's 2025 team statistics list SnowSec with nine 'special' archived defacements. The available evidence therefore supports repeatable website defacement and public attribution. No reviewed source establishes DDoS, data theft, ransomware, persistence, lateral movement or destructive host capability.

INFERENCE (confidence: medium-high): SnowSec is best modeled as a small defacement crew or brand centered on public visibility, with ExoticX86 as its most stable observable operator identity.
