iQBlack card exposure monitoring

SIGNAL

Continuous exposure signals for an authorized card inventory

Register a bounded inventory of cards your organization is authorized to monitor. SIGNAL checks those identifiers against iQBlack's monitored card-exposure intelligence and surfaces status, alerts and evidence without turning the service into transaction monitoring.

Explore use cases
Register → Detect → Act
  • PAN processed transiently during authorized registration
  • Opaque correlation reference, masked PAN and safe metadata retained for operation
  • Historical check plus continuous evaluation against monitored intelligence
  • Exposure-state changes, alerts and evidence reports
  • Dedicated SIGNAL-only access and mobile/PWA support where compatible

Register

An authorized operator registers a card with an internal label. The clear PAN is used transiently for validation and correlation rather than being retained as the operational identity of the card.

Detect

SIGNAL checks the registered identifier against iQBlack's monitored card-exposure intelligence and continues evaluating new observations relevant to the inventory.

Act

When an exposure signal exists, the operator receives a governed status, alert and evidence path that can be escalated through the organization's own fraud, risk or issuer procedures.

Focused monitoring without pretending to be a fraud engine

SIGNAL answers a narrow operational question: has an authorized registered card been associated with exposure evidence observed by iQBlack? It does not monitor transaction authorization, account activity or issuer systems.

What it does

  • Maintains a controlled inventory of authorized card identifiers.
  • Checks for existing and new exposure signals in monitored intelligence.
  • Presents masked recognition data, status, alerts and evidence.
  • Supports active, paused and retired lifecycle states.
  • Can operate through a dedicated SIGNAL-only account model.

What it does not do

  • It does not monitor purchases or transaction authorization.
  • It does not connect to the customer's bank account activity by default.
  • It is not a replacement for issuer or network fraud controls.
  • An exposure signal does not by itself prove fraudulent use.
  • Absence of a signal does not prove absence of exposure outside iQBlack coverage.

CardINT and SIGNAL solve different problems

They share exposure-intelligence foundations, but the operating model is deliberately different.

Built around minimization and controlled access

SIGNAL is designed to preserve operational usefulness without retaining the submitted PAN as the normal working identity of the card.

  • Transient PAN handling. The submitted PAN is used in memory for authorized validation and correlation.
  • Masked operational representation. The service retains masked and derived references needed for operation rather than displaying full PAN.
  • SIGNAL-only isolation. A SIGNAL-only operator does not gain implicit access to Full CardINT analytical surfaces.
  • Capacity and lifecycle. Accounts can operate with a defined registered-card capacity and cards can be active, paused or retired.
  • Evidence with limits. A signal indicates observed exposure evidence inside available intelligence coverage; it is not proof of fraud.
