CLOBELSECTEAM

CLOBELSECTEAM emerged in 2025 and mixed hacktivist messaging, alleged data sales and claims against government, military, aviation, energy, healthcare, research and technology targets. Its October 2025 #OpJapan campaign amplified allied Hezi Rash messaging and framed attacks as retaliation for alleged discrimination against Kurdish Muslim immigrants in Japan. Independent S2W analysis found that most disclosed Japanese government and research documents were publicly accessible, materially weakening breach claims. Later reporting nevertheless documented claims involving DDoS, exposed cameras, printers and OT/SCADA systems before the group’s public posting stopped on 30 November 2025. ResideLocker is an actor-claimed malware or disruptive label; no independently analyzed sample was recovered in this collection.
