Grupo hacktivista

Nur Al-Haqq

Nur Al-Haqq is an emerging cyber group and coordination network that now maintains a stable public Telegram identity and explicitly self-describes as a group of "Muslim mercenary hackers". Actor-controlled messaging states that it will undertake requested missions in exchange for money or a negotiated commitment, while also retaining an ideologically framed black-hat posture toward actors it considers hostile to Sunnah and Salafiyyah. This combination supports a hybrid ideological-commercial assessment rather than classification as a purely religious hacktivist collective.

The group's public architecture is deliberately segmented. @[redacted] identifies itself as the official reception point and links the other public resources; @[redacted] republishes the core operating proposition and presents an educational-only disclaimer; @[redacted] explicitly separates religious reminders and knowledge-sharing from hacking content. At the 2026-09-02 collection point, these channels remained very small, reinforcing the assessment that the public brand is in an early maturation phase rather than an established mass-audience operation.

Restricted collection materially strengthens the organizational assessment. Silent Trace Cyber Team was observed directing the naming process, enforcing participation expectations, advocating for the Nur Al-Haqq identity and referring to a broader leadership process. Additional cyber personas were observed inside the formative environment, but their presence does not establish formal membership, alliance or centralized operational tasking.

INFERENCE (confidence: medium): Nur Al-Haqq is attempting to create a brokerage-and-coordination layer in which ideological affinity provides trust and identity while mercenary tasking introduces an external commercial demand mechanism. If that model becomes operationally repeatable, target selection could extend beyond purely ideological adversaries without requiring the group to develop all technical capabilities organically.
