Argentina Unida is an Argentina-focused cybercrime ecosystem whose strongest current observable is a Telegram channel with persistent platform identity channel3969350255. The channel was created on 2026-06-02 under the title Anuncios | Argentina Unida and was later exported under the name 420. Because the platform identifier remains the same, 420 is assessed with high confidence as a current alias or channel-brand identity of Argentina Unida rather than a separate actor.

By September 2026, the channel was promoting an Ahorasibro-branded service environment consisting of a Telegram bot, an owner/sales contact and a news channel. The service advertises lookups involving Argentine identity, vehicle, telephone, family, judicial/police and financial information, including RENAPER, DNRPA and SIFCOP-labelled data. It sells access through token packages denominated in Argentine pesos and USDT/crypto and recruits resellers with reputation, availability and payment-method requirements.

A separate 2026-09-10 post claims that the operator can make a federal, judicial or security alert or case “disappear” using only the subject's DNI. This is analytically significant because it moves beyond passive lookup/data brokerage into an advertised record-integrity or administrative-manipulation capability.
