Systemadminbd is a Bangladesh-linked cyber identity that the current official website explicitly describes as a collective founded in April 2023. Although tracked here from an analyst seed as a persona, its public footprint is organizational: an official Telegram channel, website, forum, bots, Discord presence, marketplace/tooling claims and media-documented website defacement activity. The best independently corroborated incident is the August 2024 defacement of Zee Media in India. Current actor-controlled pages advertise a much broader capability set—including botnet, DDoS-for-hire, ransomware builders and offensive tools—but those claims are not treated as demonstrated capability without incident-specific technical evidence.
