Team States Kicau Kicau Dunia is an Indonesian emerging group that became operationally visible in late August 2026. Public reporting places channel creation on 13 August, followed by a sudden activation on 24 August and claims spanning Indonesian web targets, a Russian engineering company and Australian personal data.

The most defensible technical behavior is external defacement of an Inggeodrill public page carrying TEAM STATES / KICAU KICAU DUNIA branding. The access method is not demonstrated. Reporting also describes an Australian PII publication, but acquisition, novelty and victim-side validation remain unresolved.

During the reporting cycle the channel reportedly changed its name to BaseKnox and deleted earlier posts. That churn is strategically important: it signals unstable governance or deliberate reputation management and creates a high risk of fragmenting future monitoring across old and new names.

The target spread is opportunistic rather than ideologically coherent. The profile should be treated as an active emerging defacement/data-publication identity, not as a state-directed or technically mature intrusion set.
