HEXSO2 is a Bangladesh-linked cyber persona associated in current collection with Black Night Civilization Team (BNCT/BNCT_1360). Directly observable public web artifacts use the spelling 'hexso2-by' and show external defacement of an Indian government-domain page with an anti-India message. A separate BNCT_1360-branded compromised page contains the attribution string 'hexso2-by&Haunted_Bot', providing a concrete relationship signal between the persona and the BNCT ecosystem. The evidence supports website-defacement activity and anti-India signaling; it does not establish the access vector, malware use, persistence method or broader BNCT capabilities at the persona level.
