BrokenHunters

BrokenHunters is a newly emerged Telegram-based identity whose channel was created on 26 August 2026 and whose first monitored publication appeared on 29 August.

That first post states Target Compromised: McDonald's Indonesia. At the collection cutoff, the claim contained no publicly validated sample, access evidence, technical detail, impact statement or victim confirmation.

A separate McDonald's employee-data claim by TheHatman predates BrokenHunters and concerns a different attribution context. No evidence links the two identities, datasets or access paths, and temporal proximity must not be used as attribution.

BrokenHunters is therefore an emerging collection priority, not yet a technically characterized threat actor. No victim impact, origin, operating model or ATT&CK technique can be assigned with confidence.
