BlackNet

BlackNet is an emerging actor identity represented by a private Telegram invitation. Publicly recoverable metadata is insufficient to establish stable leadership, geography, ideology, victimology or technical tradecraft. The name has substantial collision risk with unrelated malware, botnets, criminal brands and historical cybercrime entities, requiring strict provenance around the exact invitation code.
